“The story of becoming beautiful isn’t about the ugly duckling becoming a swan; it is about the ugly duckling realizing it was a swan all along.”

Principles
Quack
Does this project “quack” in a voice that we can identify with and want to hear? Is this project just speaking – or does it truly have something to say in a way that’ll make people listen?
Wings
Will this spread to the people we are trying to reach? Is it within our demographic? Do we believe we can give this project its wings to fly?
Nest
Keep the project in the hands of the mothers; making sure the creatives have their say. We nest around and protect the creators of a project.
Swan
Will this story strive to change the world or add to the conversation?
Feet
Does the story have feet to walk on? Does it fit within the creative footprint we want to place?
Tail
Will there be a tail end? Can we see a profitable end for this project?
